Companies that prepare early gain the advantage first
Every new release opens the door to simplifying work that used to take time. Those who wait a full year pay for it twice: once in their team's time, and again in a harder upgrade later.

Why is upgrading to Odoo 20 a business decision, not a technical one?
Every year you stay on an old release, you pay for it in team time, in broken integrations, and in features you buy externally that already exist inside the system.
How we move you to Odoo 20 without stopping your business
Four clear steps, each with a deliverable you can review yourself before we move to the next.
Frequently asked questions about Odoo 20
Should I wait for Odoo 20 or start now?
Start now. Analysis, data cleansing and process mapping are the longest part of any project, and all of that work carries over to the new release. Waiting just costs you months of operation for nothing.
Will my customizations be lost in the upgrade?
No. We inventory every customization and decide: migrate it as is, or replace it with a standard feature now available in the system. Both are tested on a separate copy before the switchover.
How many days will the upgrade stop operations?
The goal is zero days of downtime. All work is done on a test copy, and the actual cutover happens in a quiet time window agreed with you, with a rollback plan ready.
Will e-invoicing keep working?
Yes. Integration with e-invoicing platforms is a core part of our upgrade testing — we make sure invoices are issued and accepted before we switch over.
Is the information on this page confirmed?
The announcement date and event details are officially confirmed by Odoo. Feature details are based on the product roadmap and announced direction, and we update them as soon as the official announcement is made. We prefer to tell you clearly what's confirmed and what's expected rather than sell you promises.
