Do you deliver Odoo projects outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Saudi Arabia is our primary market, followed by Egypt, where we meet clients in person and visit sites when needed. We also deliver in the UAE, the rest of the Arab world and any country worldwide, fully online.
Do you support e-invoicing in Egypt?
Yes. We configure the system to integrate with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoice and e-receipt systems.
And what about ZATCA in Saudi Arabia?
We provide full integration with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's e-invoicing requirements in both phases — it's our core specialty.
How do contracting and payment work from outside the Kingdom?
We issue a contract and invoice suited to your country, with international bank transfer options and multiple currencies.
Is support available in my local time zone?
Yes. We agree on a support window that suits your local time and preferred language, Arabic or English. In Saudi Arabia and Egypt, on-site support can be arranged when needed.
